Shaun of the Dead meets Streets of Rage for Gallery 1988‘s Crazy 4 Cult: New York, an art show featuring classic cult movie inspired artwork, held in NYC in August and September 2012.
The first and last scenes of the movie feature Shaun joining Ed in a video game and I thought it would be fun to imagine Shaun and Ed as 16-bit game sprites fighting zombies in a classic side-scroller. Featuring props and references galore. It will appear in the next instalment of the popular ‘Crazy 4 Cult’ book from Titan.
